Dermatopoietin® stimulates human Keratinocytes to express and release interleukin-1 alpha
Figure 1 Cultured keratinocytes were incubated with different concentrations of IL1 alpha (=Dermatopoietin®) for one hour, washed and re-suspended. The Figure shows the release of IL1 alpha into the medium after 1,3,24 and 48 hours.
Figure 2 In all our products Dermatopoietin® is always combined with Hexadeltine®, a hexapeptide (=HP18). Its effect is to inhibit the late response of keratinocytes by normalizing and preventing the excessive release of IL1 alpha after 24 and 48 hours
